For those of you who like to read, I would like to make a recommendation. I am currently reading "One Ranger" it is a memoir of a true Texas ranger named Joaquin Jackson, and maybe one of the best books I've ever read. A very down to earth account of a man who made his beginning in the Texas panhandle and saw the struggles that the flat land has to offer. A willingness to overcome those struggles and a distaste for the egotistical money man, made Joaquin Jackson a true Texas Ranger in every sense of the word.
